postLogger

SUMMARY

- console.info for postMessages from all_frames.
- detects the scope of sent messages.
- origins that are insecure due to being a sandbox domain or a wildcard, will be prefixed with UNSAFE.
- detects if a website does not check MessageEvent.origin
- MessageChannel API

May cause unexpected behavior so please use it in a different browser profile and disable when not wanted.

The latest version of postLogger is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 21 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-11-18.

HOW TO INSTALL postLogger FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download postLogger CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
