SUMMARY

Telviva One is a general-use cloud omnichannel tool managing audio, web chat, video conferencing, and text channels into a single pane of glass, enabling work from everywhere. It enables better quality conversations through context-driven cloud Unified Communications as a Service and gives users a feature rich, robust, reliable and secure business phone functionality. This plugin augments the Telviva One service, augmenting the web phone component independently in Chrome for a seamless user experience to make and receive calls and click-to-dial functionality. HOW TO INSTALL Telviva One for Chrome FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Telviva One for Chrome CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
