linkding extension

SUMMARY

linkding is a self-hosted bookmark manager. This is a companion extension that allows to quickly add bookmarks to your linkding instance.

Features:
- Quickly add a bookmark for the current tab (keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+L)
- Search bookmarks through the Omnibox / address bar (enter 'ld', followed by Space, then enter the search term)

NOTE: This extension is only useful if you are already using or are interested in installing linkding.

The latest version of linkding extension is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 6,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2021-02-13.

HOW TO INSTALL linkding extension FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download linkding extension CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
