This is just a shortcut to Chrome Plugins, nothing more.

When installed, it will add Plugins icon to your browser's toolbar.

Click the settings icon and you'll open Chrome Plugins page.

This will open up the Plugins page with just one click.

HOW TO INSTALL Plugins FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Plugins CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
