SUMMARY

Removes all ads, sponsored content, promoted content, and teasers for "premium" posts. Tries to leave all useful content in place. I wrote it because the other Quora™ ad blocker I found made the site unusable by also removing the upvote/downvote buttons and the sidebar. This tries to simply remove the ads and leave the site fully usable. Let me know if it misses any ads for you. Quora™ makes changes to their site from time to time that breaks something, all easily fixed. And note that if you make the extension's icon visible in the browser toolbar, it'll keep a running tally of how many ads it removes.

The latest version of Ad Killer for Quora™ is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 705 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-06-20.

HOW TO INSTALL Ad Killer for Quora™ FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Ad Killer for Quora™ CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
