This extension restores YouTube profile icons loadability, for some people from Russia Icons are not loading for some users in Russia because the RKN blocked the domain: "yt3.ggpht.com", this extension fixes the problem and the icons load like in the good old days

3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
