Real Reddit Images

SUMMARY

This extension forces images from i.redd.it to display the real file, instead of redirecting to Reddit's media player. This is done by simply changing the Accept header to one that only accepts images and not HTML.

HOW TO INSTALL Real Reddit Images FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Real Reddit Images CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
