Go back with backspace

SUMMARY

Google has removed the ability to go "back" with the backspace key in chrome since v52. This extension brings back the functionality and allows you to use Backspace key as a shortcut to go back to the previous page. Usage BACKSPACE - Go one step back Shift + BACKSPACE - Go one step forward

The latest version of Go back with backspace is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 5,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-08-01.

HOW TO INSTALL Go back with backspace FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Go back with backspace CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
