This useful Chrome extension allows you to select a search engine while entering your request in Google. Speed up your search with this metasearch engine. Pick any search you want: DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Bing, Wikipedia, Youtube and many more! Also, you can get search results in a different search engine right after you tried your search in Google. Just click DuckDuckGo or any other search engine in the table below, and the same search request will be opened there! You can customize your search engines’ order and even add your own favorite sites to the list: 1. Just click the 'View All' button, then drag and drop the icons with search engines the way you want. 2. Then click 'Add' to add a new search engine site you need. 3. You will see a window with two fields: Name and URL. Enter a preferred name for the new search engine. Next to the 'URL' line, move your mouse cursor over '?' sign in order to see a hint on how to enter the URL of the added site correctly. 4. Upgrade Google and enjoy your search experience even more!

The Metasearch engine - upgrade Google search extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-04-26. At the time of removal, it had 4365 users. The initial version was launched on 2021-07-27.

HOW TO INSTALL Metasearch engine - upgrade Google search FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Metasearch engine - upgrade Google search CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
