SUMMARY

We have an endless library of educational video content, but right now it's designed for entertainment. As self-taught students who rely on YouTube to learn, we decided to change that. ScholarMode is the first educational platform designed for self-taught individuals, it's the same YouTube you know and love but now you get to structure your own learning and sidestep the YT vortex. We've created a voted discussion section next to every video, so everyone gets to see the best questions and answers by voting ~ kinda like a mini-reddit for self-taught students & creators. The latest version of ScholarMode Beta is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 4 active users. The initial version was launched on 2021-09-08.

HOW TO INSTALL ScholarMode Beta FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download ScholarMode Beta CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
