SUMMARY

The Auto Searcher extension is used to automate web searches. Automatic searches can be done using custom search terms in several search engines. The available search engines include Bing, DuckDuckGo, Google, Presearch, Twitter, Yahoo, and Yandex. Simply click the Auto Search button and the extension will initiate an automatic search using the search terms list specified on the options page. The Auto Searcher extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-04-26. At the time of removal, it had 11820 users. The initial version was launched on 2020-02-08.

HOW TO INSTALL Auto Searcher FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Auto Searcher CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
