CallShaper Agent Extension

SUMMARY

This extension provides additional capabilities to the CallShaper agent application.

- Allow screenpop for sites that don't want to be loaded in iframes.
- Allow "Open Webpage" page task to open in an external browser window instead of a new tab in the current window.
- Optionally allow "Click-to-Call" functionality to be added to other webpages the user is viewing.

The latest version of CallShaper Agent Extension is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 635 active users. The initial version was launched on 2019-07-05.

HOW TO INSTALL CallShaper Agent Extension FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download CallShaper Agent Extension CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
