One challenge that content creators often face is how to monetize their content. Wouldn't it be nice if there was an easy way to specify your preferred payment information and for it to be a platform that doesn't take 30% of the donations you receive? That's what this extension is all about.

PayCreators is a small extension that works in two steps:

1. Creators add a small meta tag on their websites with payment methods information
2. The extension reads that information and display it to the person browsing the page

This way, people can easily identify ways to tip and donate to content creators in a fast and non-invasive way. No need for distracting pop-ups or banners.

PayCreators currently supports these payment methods:

- Buy Me a Coffee
- Crowdfundly
- Ko-fi
- Patreon
- Paypal
- Tipeee
- Venmo

The latest version of PayCreators is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 8 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-08-26.

HOW TO INSTALL PayCreators FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download PayCreators CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
