With the move from profiles to permission sets in the Spring'26 release, this extension is a must for Salesforce administrators. With this extension, you'll be able to choose objects and set permissions, then set permissions: at the tab, object (read, create, edit, delete) and field level. The extension will also allow you to deploy these permissions to another organization you are connected to.

The latest version of Permission set security manager is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 52 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-04-12.

HOW TO INSTALL Permission set security manager FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Permission set security manager CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
