SUMMARY

- You can run the extension by clicking on the icon, context menu or shortcut key (default: Ctrl+Shift+K). - When executed on a search-results page, a pop-up window will appear with the current search box contents, and you can search for the selected word(s) with exact-match mode on new tab. - When executed on a non-search-result page, an input box will appear. You can search with exact-match mode on new tab. - The default value of the input box is the text selected on the page (punctuations are coverted to whitespace).

The latest version of Google-Quoted-Search is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 8 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-06-09.

HOW TO INSTALL Google-Quoted-Search FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Google-Quoted-Search CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
