Your search term is not displayed anywhere that it would easily be seen - unlike other search engines it is excluded from your browser history, page title, search URL and the encrypted URLs expire after you're done with the website. Keep your searches private - safer to use on public computers and even at home you can prevent your family from knowing that you're planning a surprise vacation or searching for a special gift!

HOW TO INSTALL Surf Encrypt FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Surf Encrypt CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
