SUMMARY

This Browser Extension enables you to securely connect to a KERIA Identity wallet and manage your Identifiers and Verifiable Credentials. Its based on KERI/ACDC protocols and supports the GLEIF vLEI ecosystem.

Web application can use the browser extension to authenticate with your Identifiers and Verifiable Credentials without the risk of exposing your private information. It can also be used to sign documents such as financial reports with your consent.

This is an open source project from the WebOfTrust community. You can find it at https://github.com/weboftrust/signify-browser-extension.

The latest version of Polaris is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 0 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-11-10.

HOW TO INSTALL Polaris FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Polaris CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
