SUMMARY

A very simple plugin to hide all YouTube Shorts from the YouTube homepage and recommended pages. Lightweight and can be toggled on/off when needed. Does not collect any data or track any of your actions.

Hopefully YouTube will add this as a standard feature, until then I will keep updating the plugin.

The latest version of Really Hide YouTube Shorts is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 725 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-08-16.

HOW TO INSTALL Really Hide YouTube Shorts FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Really Hide YouTube Shorts CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
