Highlight a word in any page and right click on it. This add-on creates a new context menu item that allows you to look up the highlighted word on wiktionary.org

The Wiktionary context search extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2023-09-10. At the time of removal, it had 0 users. The initial version was launched on 2021-10-05.

HOW TO INSTALL Wiktionary context search FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Wiktionary context search CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
