Copy Mailto

SUMMARY

The one thing we can all agree on is that we hate it when the default mail app pops up after clicking on the mailto link. Most of the time we just want to copy the email address and that's where this extension comes into play. This extension adds a tooltip to the mailto and tel links allowing you to copy the email or phone number in those links directly instead of popping up the default apps for them.

The latest version of Copy Mailto is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 24 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-11-19.

HOW TO INSTALL Copy Mailto FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Copy Mailto CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
