Extends Nexthink intelligence into any ITSM tool to assist support agents in faster handling and resolution of support tickets. The extension is configured by the organisation, providing contextual information and actionable insights to troubleshoot the devices for which the support tickets are logged.

The latest version of Nexthink Amplify is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 300,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-01-04.

HOW TO INSTALL Nexthink Amplify FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Nexthink Amplify CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
