This chrome extension allow you to convert the Bamini style fonts to tamil unicode. Converted unicode can be used in any websites, such as facebook, gmail, yahoo or any blogs to post messages and send emails in tamil.

This converts Bamini to Unicode, Kalaham to Unicode and supported tamil keyboard characters to tamil unicode.

The latest version of Type In Tamil is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 10,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-01-02.

HOW TO INSTALL Type In Tamil FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Type In Tamil CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
