OS Web-Lab

SUMMARY

It aims to be a “web lab” for operating system developers, with various uses, such as converters (numerical systems, LBA/CHS, etc.). Keep in mind that it is still early in development, currently only relying on a number system converter. All the code for the extension is on my github, so if you want to work on any interesting tabs for the extension, I'll be very happy to review and submit the code. Thanks to all of you, I hope this virtual lab helps you in this difficult OS development mission. PS: Sorry for the bad icons, I'm not a good designer... I accept new ones too! The latest version of OS Web-Lab is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 4 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-05-31.

HOW TO INSTALL OS Web-Lab FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download OS Web-Lab CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
