SUMMARY

This is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have—rather than against it. The idea behind the technique is that the timer instills a sense of urgency. Rather than feeling like you have endless time in the workday to get things done and then ultimately squandering those precious work hours on distractions, you know you only have specific minutes to make as much progress on a task as possible. You can also show timer badge from extension options so that you can see the current state of the timer as a badge. When time is up, you will get a notification for that.

The latest version of Study Timer is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 3 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-12-26.

HOW TO INSTALL Study Timer FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Study Timer CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
