Reformat the Getty contributor forums a wee bit, more in line with the old iStock forums. Changes ======= v0.0.9: - tweaks for the new layout so that the Contributor Forums don't start closed. v0.0.8: - iStock balance is no longer available, so stop trying to display it. v0.0.7: - show iStock balance *if* you're currently logged in to iStock and you've not disabled the display of your balance. v0.0.6: - link to the iStock site. v0.0.5: - hide user details and make the avatar smaller. v0.0.4: - make stickies and announcements more obvious. v0.0.3: - change the "Like" button to "Say Thanks"; - spell 'arial' properly so that it gets picked up as a fall-back font.
