SUMMARY

Our proposed solution is an integrated feedback system designed specifically to gather user experiences and insights on their experience with Proactive chat. This system will allow us to continuously improve the user experience by addressing real-time issues and enhancing features based on direct user input.

The latest version of Proactive chat is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 12 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-05-29.

HOW TO INSTALL Proactive chat FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Proactive chat CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
