Book Showcase is a browser extension where you new tab is replaced by the top 12 New York Times bestseller books everyday so that you stay updated with what books are making waves each day. A search box powered by Bing.com enables you to browse the internet right from the extension page.

How to get started:
Book Showcase is a browser extension which is integrated into Chrome to provide users access to top bestselling books by the New York Times day along with a Bing.com search bar for your convenience. The new tab extension is easy to use and user-friendly.
It does not store or share any personal information, financial details or authentication permissions.

Permissions:
It needs permission to allow new tabs to display the Book Showcase extension with the features including the access to the customised search bar powered by Bing.com and the option to buy the books on Amazon.com. This extension does NOT ask for your login or password.

By clicking "Add to Chrome", I accept and agree to install the "Book Showcase " extension and hereby agree to set Chrome New Tab to that provided by the service and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Uninstallation:
To uninstall the extension in Chrome, go to chrome://extensions/ and locate "Book Showcase ", click on Remove and you will be prompted with a pop up "Remove Book Showcase ?", click the Remove button.

HOW TO INSTALL Book Showcase FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Book Showcase CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
