With this Chrome Extension, you can see other thumbnails in their full resolution and utmost detail with the click of a button. Simply open up a YouTube video in a tab and click on the extension button, you will have a full-size image of that video's thumbnail open up in a new tab. When you install the extension, make sure to pin it so the icon shows up on your browser. (Go to Extension settings and click "Pin to Toolbar").
