Prevent friends / family from accessing your Chrome Browser through this extension.

The Chrome Password Lock extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-08-13. At the time of removal, it had 4000 users. The initial version was launched on 2024-03-12.

HOW TO INSTALL Chrome Password Lock FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Chrome Password Lock CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
