The cloud monitoring browser dial-up testing plug-in will only take effect under the specified URL and will not affect other pages. If users do not install this plug-in, they cannot use the browser dial-up testing function normally.

HOW TO INSTALL broswer FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download broswer CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
