Hélène Park is a multi-disciplinary artist and animator. She currently lives in San Francisco and works as a motion designer for the Chrome UX design group. Her inspirations for the zodiac animal theme were traditional Korean calligraphy and Snoopy.

The latest version of Dragon is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 30,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2019-03-08.
