Absolute for Chromebooks

Absolute complements the Google Admin Console by providing additional device information and capabilities. Collect more data, manage more devices, and exert more control over all your devices. This extension enables Absolute customers to connect Chromebooks to Canadian Data Center accounts. This extension should be deployed through the Google Admin Console. For help with installation, contact Absolute Support.

The latest version of Absolute for Chromebooks is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 100,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-01-04.

HOW TO INSTALL Absolute for Chromebooks FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Absolute for Chromebooks CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
